GUESTS & RENTERS – Please notify AIM of any GUEST that will be in your unit while you are away. Information should include name, relationship to you, dates of their visit, vehicle they will be driving and if they will have access to the garage openers. Copies of your rental agreement for RENTALS (30 day minimum) are also to be submitted to AIM.

MILESTONE REPORT, SCOPE OF WORK AND SIRS REPORT – In 2022, Florida enacted a new “milestone inspection” requirement for condominium associations to ensure again buildings remail safe for continued work.
